4/11/2007 -- Poughkeepsie, NY – Wallace IT Services (WITS) today announced that they will be hosting an event on Monday, May 7, 2007 in partnership with Microsoft to demonstrate new and emerging technologies targeted to small and mid-sized businesses. This event will feature a “Lunch and Learn” seminar on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) hosted by WITS as well as ongoing demonstrations of Microsoft products in the Microsoft Across America technology truck. The WITS “Lunch and Learn” seminar will feature an overview of the benefits of CRM, a discussion of implementation issues, and a demonstration of Microsoft’s Dynamic CRM product. WITS will also preview several new services the company will be launching in the second half of 2007. Lunch will be provided free of charge for all registered attendees. The seminar will run from noon until 1 P.M. The Microsoft Across America technology truck, a 50-foot long mobile technology showcase featuring state-of-the-art hardware and the latest Microsoft technology, will be open to small groups of registered attendees from 1 P.M. to 5 P.M. Attendees will be able to participate in demonstrations of current and emerging Microsoft technologies for small and mid-sized businesses.
